invalid metadata file

Hi All!

Hopefully I'm not bugging this list with an inane question, but I'm having
some trouble uploading my test sp metadata to the testshib.org register
page.

I'm receiving the error message: "The file you are attempting to upload is
not valid metadata. Please correct any errors and try again." (Perhaps this
error message could be appended to provide a bit more verbosity on what
seems to be the issue, given that is possible!)

I'm attempting to test out integration with keycloak (
http://keycloak.jboss.org/), an integrated sso/idm that can broker loads of
different auth backends and supports SAML2.0 in that list.

This is probably something I'm missing (a total shib novice) but I don't
see anything in particular that is out of place, and it's definitely valid
XML.
