Yeah, I downloaded the zip file extracted to a new directory, opened a command prompt using admin account and ran install.bat
Error again," Unable to find '/conf/idp.properties' at well known locations". I include the full error message below from the command window.

I think it also does some auto-config of AD use, or am I wrong?
But either way, I didn't realize they upgraded each other, so that's even more goodness.
