IdP upgrade - Shibboleth IdP V3 Setup Wizard Ended Prematurely

Logged the installation attempt but these errors don't mean much to me. Can anyone decipher them?

The usual way to get this is 

C:\> msisexec  /lv* Log.log shibboleth-identity-provider-3.2.1-x64.msi
