IdP upgrade - Shibboleth IdP V3 Setup Wizard Ended Prematurely

It gets to the point of IDP installation tasks then stops saying Shibboleth IdP V3 Setup Wizard Ended Prematurely.
Is there a log somewhere to determine the error.

Windows 2012 Server- Java 8 64bit - shibboleth-identity-provider-3.2.1-x64.msi
