IdP v3 -> CAS

Hi Daniel,

Was this Luminis 4 or 5?

I ask because I have a conference call with Ellucian soon in which I'm 
told I will hear how they have to perform some nasty hack to make 
Luminis 4 work with their custom CAS, which they then hack to work in 
concert with a Jasig CAS instance. All of which sounds, well, more hacky 
than I like.
