That’s a pretty good rant to fit into one hour of work. I still remember SC-192.
Removing the concept of a dependency entirely would have choked this particular use case immediately, no?
Any language that is sufficiently complete for our use cases inevitably runs into Gödel’s incompleteness theorems or something. We’ll just put that in documentation, though.
