Example Metadata line in Shibboleth 2.5.1?

I am facing this exact issue.  testshib.org provides the URL to fetch
metadata to supply to them, but then the fetched metadata contains the
comment about "do not provide".  Where do I get the metadata from if not
from this URL?

I'm a Shib newbie so any pointers to info about how to get going would be
appreciated.  I've obviously been perusing the wiki but I haven't found the
Shib for Dummies thing yet.
