You can also nose around others' login pages, find one or two you like and "view source" or use Chome's "Developer Tools" to see how they did it. Be nice and ask permission to wholesale copy.

Specifically, beyond just the source, you'll probably need to spoof user-agent strings if you'd like to do this.  It's unlikely that you'll be able to reproduce what they're using, but it's likely that you could get enough ideas.

I second Scott's suggestion to get a web dev team unless one of them says the word Bootstrap.
