By building one that does what you want I guess. The default page is of no particular importance for a production site other than as an example of mechanics and internals, not look and feel. It also happens to include responsive design elements thanks to Unicon that are useful for mobile compatibility.

Your organization probably has people you should work with on this, it's a web design issue.
