Current address differs from the one you authenticated with

Hi all, 

 

We are using Shibboleth as a Service Provider and some users are
reporting that they receive a 500 error with the following message (I'm
assuming it is because they are on a VPN):  

 

Your client's current address (x.xx.xxx.xxx) differs from the one used
when you authenticated to your identity provider.

 

Can this check be turned off somehow? I have "checkAddress" set to
false. Any help is greatly appreciated.
