You're probably looking at the wrong wiki space, namely
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/
And additionally you are ignoring all the warnings left there for
people doing just that, e.g.:
"Identity Provider(IdP) V2 is now unsupported", second paragraph on
that page.

The IDP Version 3 has its own space here:
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/IDP30/

If you're still unable to find anything specific feel free to ask.
For development (as you've asked about access to the source code)
there's a separate mailing list, though, at dev at .
