I don't know what that means, unless that's your way of saying you
have two virtual hosts on one single server that runs the Shibboleth
SP.

I obviously don't understand the details of your deployment from your
description. Maybe it's obvious to others.

You could of course try to make it easy for others that are trying to
help you solve /your/ problem by being specific and providing
technical details, examples, etc.

Just a thought.
