Gratuitous wiki UI changes coming

I identified the problem, it's a new collaborative editing mode they added that isn't working either because of the Apache front-end or because of the container authentication plugin. Probably the former based on other evidence.

Once I turned that mode off, the editor came back up in testing.

I'll poke at it a bit to see if it's usable, but one way or the other I'll redo the upgrade tomorrow evening or later in the weekend, schedule permitting. I don't think joint editing is very high on our list of needs.
