JSTL and Jetty

Dear all,

I'm working on a scripted IdP deployment using SaltStack
(https://github.com/irtnog/shibboleth-formula).  Can I unconditionally
install the Java Server Tag Library from https://build.shibboleth.net/,
or will that break things for people who use my script to deploy the IdP
together with Jetty?
