Tools for migrating CAS registered URLs to the new Shib/CAS environment

Hello all,

We are beginning to think about our tasks for migrating from our Apereo CAS
3.4.11 instance to CAS under Shib 3.2.1.

The current assumption is that we will need a script to perform that task,
but please clue us in if there's an alternative.  Basically, the question
is, has anyone developed a script (we are on RHEL) for exporting/importing
the registered URLs?

And a related question.  Has anyone create a console tool for managing URL
registrations?

Apologies if this information is available in the wiki or in an older
thread.  If so my google-fu skills have failed in this instance.
