IdP v3 login.vm accessing RealyState?

If you needed to look at the value of RelayState, for the request that kicked off the login flow, within the Idp's login page (assuming you knew there would be one with a URL value), could that be retrieved with the following?:

  $relayState = $profileRequestContext.getSubcontext('org.opensaml.saml.common.messaging.context.SAMLBindingContext').getRelayState()
