Based on the requirements of this (and indeed most) vendor, I just don't see how there could ever be one explicit configuration.

I think you need to start by figuring out NameIDs and how they work. There really is nothing else to these integrations, and until people just accept that, they're going to keep having the same problems over and over.

It's not about Docusign or any other vendor, it's about understanding how to make the IdP do what you need, and understanding what's a good idea to agree to and what isn't.
