Google Authenticator Setup

I was able to get Shibboleth-IdP3-TOTP-Auth listed on https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/IDP30/Contributions+and+Extensions.  I enabled it by setting idp.authn.flows.initial = Password|Totp.  I'm unsure if that is correct, but there wasn't any additional to enable it.

I'm not sure if this is the correct implementation, can someone confirm?

Also based on idp.authn.LDAP.returnAttributes can I determine whether or not it runs for the user.
