Shiboleth idp v3 and Picketlink sp

There is no non-generic material for Shibboleth period, we stick to the standards and we support more of them so it's not a question in most cases of what we support, it's what the other end handles. So you have to look at their documentation, basically.

If there's a specific requirement you need the IdP to handle, that I can address.
