How to Tag or Group a CAS service for RP strategy

In Idp3.2.x,  can a CAS service definition be used to Tag or Group the service in order to filter it into a RelyingParty strategy defined in conf/relying-party.xml, using RelyingPartyByGroup or RelyingPartyByTag?

If so, can you provide a brief syntactic example?
