The first answer is probably, specific integrations with specific products probably aren't "supported", beyond the standard.
But, is it possible? There's not enough information in your question to answer.
Does your application speak native SAML?
If yes, then you want to test interoperability with an IdP. It's probably already been done for you. If not, http://www.testshib.org is one tool you could use, although that isn't its purpose and it's now running old software. The best answer is to run your own IdP for testing, and if it follows the standard, then it'll work.
If no, then you want to implement some SAML product as an SP, and Shibboleth is a fine choice. There may be one built in to WebAS. If you choose Shibboleth, then it runs as a daemon and a web server module that is implemented primarily for IIS and Apache. You might be able to use Apache and mod_jk.

In this environment server based on SAP WebAS ABAP 7.31.
Client reach SAP by SAP GUI for Html (explorer - http/https).
