This question doesn't have anything to do with Shibboleth.  You need to load metadata describing your SP into your IdP.  Shibboleth can generate its best guess about what its metadata should look like, but it can't know everything about your environment to write everything itself in every case.  After that, it does need to be loaded.

It would be a fine question for the simpleSAMLphp mailing list, where they should tell you that you need to get the metadata for your partners loaded and parsed.
