Ah, I just copied that from the example at:

https://github.com/UniconLabs/shibboleth-hazelcast-storage-service

I'm not much of a spring beans person and didn't realize that's not just what it needed to be. Perhaps they could change their example to be unicon. HazelcastStorageService or something to avoid other copy-and-pasters from accidentally infringing on your namespace :).
