error: log4cpp-config not found, may need to use --with-log4cpp option

Hi,

I have downloaded cpp-sp-ext from git and modified few parameters and then
I tried to run it using ./configure command and am getting error as :

checking whether the compiler supports Standard Template Library... yes
checking for log4shib-config... no
configure: WARNING: log4shib-config not found, may need to use
--with-log4shib option
configure: WARNING: will look for original log4cpp library
checking for log4cpp-config... no
configure: error: log4cpp-config not found, may need to use --with-log4cpp
option

Even I tried to run with ./configure --with-log4shib=/usr , ./configure
--with-log4shib=/usr/lib64, ./configure --with-log4cpp=/usr , ./configure
--with-log4cpp=/usr/lib64 but nothting work out here.


I do have log4cpp as well as log4shib on my machine. I don't know what I am
missing over here.
