TESTSHIB: IdP Metadata File Upload Fails

Hello,

I'm trying to use Testshib to test a new IdP (version 3) installation, but
it gives an error message when I try to upload the metadata file. (I've
done this test some time ago and it went ok). After looking at it (a lot),
I can't figure out what is the problem with the metadata file.

The message error is:
The file you are attempting to upload is not valid metadata. Please correct
any errors and try again.

My Shibboleth Idp (version 3) metadata url is:
https://idp.unisantos.br/idp/shibboleth

Does anybody know what's going on here...?
