Is sp.testshib.org working at the moment?

Looks like testshib is having trouble again. I've uploaded metadata for 
my test identity provider and despite a success in uploading, I'm 
getting "Unable to locate metadata for identity provider"

I'm not seeing other attempts in the log so far, so not sure if it's 
just me.

Thoughts?
