Configuring Attribute Release Consent with SP blacklist

Hi Scott,

If I modify the entityID  to entityID="https://BBBBBdevel.csu.edu.au/shibboleth"  in the metadata file I then get this error when I try to access the site

2016-04-20 09:43:49,867 - INFO [org.opensaml.saml.common.binding.impl.SAMLMetadataLookupHandler:128] - Message Handler:  No metadata returned for https://AAAAAdevel.csu.edu.au/shibboleth in role {urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:metadata}SPSSODescriptor with protocol urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:protocol

so the correct file appears to be loading.
