I hope the silence in response to my note also provides context. If nobody else views this as urgent, it's hard for me justify diverting all my attention to this. Another factor is that we're trying to push some of the SP work on to other developers so that this isn't all on me, and if we do that, that introduces necessary delays while they get up to speed. If I keep jumping on every issue that needs fixing, then nobody else is ever going to learn the code.
