Configuring Attribute Release Consent with SP blacklist

It was an issue with the code that moves files from our repository into shibboleth. It changed {{ ... }} to ( .. ). When correct it is working as expected.
Can this be done using a wildcard. Syntax of what I'm using is below but doesn't work. I have attempted adding an attribute to the metadata yet and using that as suggested previously.
c:relyingPartyIds="#{{'https://[.*].csu.edu.au/shibboleth'}}"
2016-04-15 10:04:13,772 - DEBUG [net.shibboleth.idp.relyingparty.impl.DefaultRelyingPartyConfigurationResolver:305] - Checking if relying party configuration EntityNames[https://[.*].csu.edu.au/shibboleth,] is applicable
2016-04-15 10:04:13,772 - DEBUG [net.shibboleth.idp.relyingparty.impl.DefaultRelyingPartyConfigurationResolver:310] - Relying party configuration EntityNames[https://[.*].csu.edu.au/shibboleth,] is not applicable
