Dynamically reload authn configuration?

That's pretty much what I thought; reloading a web flow could cause all kinds of craziness. Still, figured it was worth asking.

No, none of the authentication code is reloadable. Web flows in general didn't appear to be safely reloadable, and none of that work was done if it is possible.
