Presumably this is a fairly out of the box config? I had already heavily
customized my idp config before I started working on the CAS support. I
suppose I could be running into a weird edge case bug. I guess if Scott
doesn't notice any likely suspects I'll have to start over with a
working base config like you have and then reapply my changes one at a
time until I find whatever broke stuff <sigh>. Either that or start
debugging java code, I'm not sure which would be more painful :).
