(and in case I’ve lost the thread entirely in my sojourns, if the only use case that’s getting talked about here is the ability to group sets of attributes as “identical” under “meta-attribute” names, then yes, I agree that that’s useless in the intermediate and longer runs.  It’s perhaps the most degenerate form of the problem, and so many solutions can be proposed for a simple array that would really not lend themselves to sufficient information to address the use cases I think are pressing.)
