Changing default redirect page to post notice

Hi there, 

When accessing a protected website, apache will actually show a short
message about shibboleth doing a redirect to the IDP. Is it possible to
alter this message? I'd like to post an 'offline' notice for a couple of
seconds for the website behind SP.
