Do you want Duo or do you want to not do Duo? If you want something like Duo, it's basically a VPN use case. You need a plugin that does more or less what a VPN would have to do.

Another alternative is RADIUS.

Either way, you need to make it look like a password (and the ECP client has to enter all the required inputs as one).

You can create and install flows that are specific to individual scenarios by attaching conditions to them that activate based on the use (or non-use) of ECP.
