IDPV3 login page customization

Hi list,

How can I change the IDP login page in shibboleth V3? I can't find this on
wiki, and the recipe for V2 isn't working.
If someone can point me  the right direction, I appreciate. I can do a
how-to, and place it at the wiki, when I finish  this task.
I just want to change the logo and some text.
