Can mdui:DisplayName be overriden?

After going to Shibboleth V3, we've gotten complaints about what SP's are
naming themselves. We keep getting request to call a service something
besides what the metadata has set in InCommon,

I've looked at MetadataFilter but don't see a way to modify
mdui:DisplayName the same way as "EntityAttributes". Am I just missing
where to do something like this?
