There's one INFO message about when the next refresh cycle is, and the 
rest appear to be tagged DEBUG.

DEBUG:

Beginning refresh of metadata from ...
Attempting to fetch metadata document from ...
Metadata document from ... has not changed since last retrieval
Metadata from ... has not changed since last refresh
Computing new expiration time for cached metadata from ...

INFO:
