Needing some assistance setting up a session initiator on a linux sp v 2.5.5

We were wanting to setup a sessioninitiator that would remember your previous idp selection cookie while using the EDS discovery or a static ds page. Below is the config were trying and on login we get to the EDS page then once selecting the campus IDP we get an error below.

</SessionInitiator>

Web error

shibsp::ConfigurationException at (https://zap-idp.shared.utsystem.edu/Shibboleth.sso/Login)

Unable to locate a SAML 2.0 ACS endpoint to use for response.

Here is errors from the native.log
2015-09-10 17:50:01 DEBUG Shibboleth.SessionInitiator.SAML2 [9354] shib_handler: attempting to initiate session using SAML 2.0 with provider (https://idp.utsystem.edu/idp/shibboleth)

2015-09-10 17:50:01 ERROR Shibboleth.Apache [9354] shib_handler: Unable to locate a SAML 2.0 ACS endpoint to use for response.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
