JSTOR via v3 Idp

Has anyone got a resolver definition for the eduPersonEntitlement that they use? Apparently they don't support SAML2 yet, and copy/pasting (and adding the appropriate prefix to elements for v3 resolver/filter configs) the old v2 definition isn't working/stopped anything else working.
