Show of hands, tomcat versus jetty for idp v3?

We're going to stick with Tomcat since we use it for (almost) everything
else.

The Tomcat page[1] has everything we could ask for information-wise and
we don't have any problems.

I'm gonna contribute to the Logging-section soon(TM) ; )
