Installation not generating sp-cert.pem file

Well,  I finally got this to work.  While the keygen.bat file does not use MySQL, something about the MySQL installation was preventing the creation of the sp-cert.pem and sp-key.pem files.  I re-installed MySQL (mysql-installer-web-community-5.6.26.0) under the server Administrator account to rule out any permissions issues even though my ID is added to the Administrators group.

You didn't post either error, so I'm not sure what to tell you.

That depends on what it does. Getting no output is impossible to debug, so you have to decompose the batch file to find the offending part, and determine what actually broke.

The script is not provided in any practical sense for anybody but the installer to use, anything else can be done with openssl directly.
