Obviously there is nothing at all on that request (but numerous
"shutdown" messages for services).
The reqeust is sent to a valid endpoint at the IDP
https://infonet.inflibnet.ac.in/idp/profile/SAML2/Redirect/SSO?SAMLRequest=...
so something must be off with your deployment.
I'd look into those "shutdown" messages (i.e., look for earlier WARN
or ERROR messages), possibly also into the servlet container's log.
