IDP error in https://sp.testshib.org

Hi,
I have installed IdP 3.1 in our institution. When i am tesing in
https://sp.testshib.org/ our host name (
https://infonet.inflibnet.ac.in/idp/shibboleth) the following error appears
instead of login page.

Web Login Service - Unsupported Request
The application you have accessed is not registered for use with this
service.
Please help to resolve.
