IdP3 install/documentation notes

I'm in the process of installing IdP3. We have and existing IdP deployment
(v2.4.4), from which I'll be attempting to translate our configs.

These are some of my notes so far trying to use the documentation I've
found. (I'll try to use this as a base for the thread as I proceed)

It warns under "Non-Windows Installation", "Do not run ./bin/install.sh
from the installation directory. To rebuild the war file run
./bin/build.sh or .\bin\build.bat with target build-war (see below)"

But below, under "Rebuilding the war file" it says, "If you need to
rebuild the war file you should run the bin/build.sh (or bin\build.bat)
script from the installation directory"

And provides the example, "bin/build.sh"

These are conflicting directions about building from the installation
directory (assumes "opt/shibboleth-idp" in the documentation examples?).
Has the "build-war" target been left off of the rebuild command example?
