UK Federation contact issues

To anyone on this list who works at the UK federation and gets this.

I have tried emailing your service@ address, and had a bounceback message (presumably from our email server?) saying it was still trying to deliver it - and no email to say 'here is your call number' so assuming it hasn't got through at the time of writing this.
Our new IdP's external address (195.195.244.67) seems to be blocked from connecting to download the metadata, and we need this remedying asap please. This is affecting our service now so no one can sign in to anything.

We have tried the test that Matthew sent me last week (time curl -sv http://metadata.ukfederation.org.uk/ukfederation-metadata.xml ) and that is bombing out after about 6 minutes.

The .xml file from the last successful attempt is on the server, but the IdP boot process takes a very long time (minutes) to decide it's given up on downloading the new one before it does anything with it. Then it still fails to work with any service providers anyway.
