I want to know how it is working at Shibboleth IdP side, because
earlier i faced an issue with the relaystate with Shibboleth IDP 2.4.0
Please find the following conversation:
http://shibboleth.1660669.n2.nabble.com/What-if-more-than-one-RelayState-s-send-to-the-IDP-td7611750.html
Now i have migrated from 2.4.0 to 3.1.1, from the discussion in the above
link, IDP 2.4.0 had some limitation of relaystate, Is it the same with
3.1.1 also? thats why i want to know clearly about "Relaystate". Please
provide some useful information to get better understanding.
