Just so we know:  Was your metadata and/or encryption cert generated by
this onelogin toolkit?  Did it generate a DSA key cert by default and
try to specify use for encryption? Or is that something that you did or
specified or overrode, etc? 

If they have an error here, would just be good to know, so we can
diagnose more quickly the next time.
