idp v3: /idp/status returns a 500

I meant that we can't package it. If you're talking about what to do to install it, the instructions that I copied into our documentation were to install it to the global lib directory in the container. I don't know if putting it inside the webapp alone is sufficient or works.

I'm saying it's not valid to include it in the distribution if it ended up installed on Jetty.
