Error installing Shibboleth IdP 3.2.0 on Windows 2003 Server

Hi.

I am trying to install Shibboleth IdP on Windows Server 2003 32 bit and get an error that installation was failed and then all is rolled back.

Java version: jre1.8.0_66

Shibboleth IdP: shibboleth-identity-provider-3.2.0-x86.msi

I see no notes that it is not supported here:

I assume it is because of this error in the log (full log 3.2Mb available at http://paste.ubuntu.com/13576865/):
