I thought about it, but it's tricky. Since there's no standard for this, it would have to be a separate Duration annotation and converted, or we'd have to switch to a common one.

I'm more interested at this point in determining if we deliberately meant to exclude numeric in our parsers. I think we might have, but I'm not sure if it was the right decision or not.
